An Aspect Pattern is a group of 3 or more planets, all connected to each other by an aspect. Together they form a geometric shape. This creates a "circuit of energy" in which the planets operate together as a unit.
Transits to one of the planets tend to activate the whole unit. This can sometimes go on for several years when the orbs are wide between the planets in the pattern, and when the transiting planet is a slow outer planet.
